Restaurants should either have what they advertise on their menu or change the menu. It's so frustrating to make an order, then have a place call and force substitutions. sick and tired of it.

Horrible Delivery service, takes more than an hr to deliver. Called the restaurant and blamed on the customer for not putting in the correct apartment number, when it is clearly on BOTH the delivery instruction box and address. The delivery guy does not understand english, when he called, i Told him again my floor number, and he had a HARD TIME understanding numbers and alpabet. Never order from there again!

Ordered my food an hour ago, when the estimate was 15-30 min. Why don't they have a higher estimate if they're busy? I called them and could barely hear anything the person was saying, or if she was even talking to me. Then she asks my name and after having a long conversation with someone there, she tells me it will arrive in 5 minutes. YEAH RIGHT. I just hope the food will be warm enough to eat. This is ridiculous.

Worst Services ever took 2 hours to get my food it was cold and not even what i had ordered. WILL NOT BE GETTING LUNCH FROM HERE AGAIN

Ordered the shredded beef stew; low salt(+), beef was very well cooked(+) but not much liquid for a stew(-) and a little greasy(-). Black Beans were worthless; tasted as though they were just heated from a can -- no seasonings.

Best food on Seamlessweb. It will fill you up, burn your mouth, and arrive on your desk in about 15 minutes. Spicey Chicken lunch special is the go to dish, get rice and beans as the side, and you can have it for two meals. great value.

Food is great, though they are skimpy on the quantity most of the time unless you are there while they are making the plate. Also, when delivering then tend not to wait more than 5 minutes nor do they answer your call to tell them you are on your way down.

What can I say, I order form Tina's practically every day. It is not that expensive and it is delicious on a consistent basis. It mgiht be a little more expensive than a sandwich and some chips, but at least I'm guaranteed satisfaction every time. The pernil and ropa vieja here are exceptionally good.

Food here is authentic Cuban food. One of the best in NYC!! The Spicy Grilled Chicken was juicy with the right amount of flavors. Yummy!!!
